The Stupidity of the American Population
Never in my life have I seen such stupidity in my country before COVID-19. It has been apparent to me for years that common sense in most people had died. But to watch what is happening in our country, day after day on the news and social media, astounds me.
Here’s a question for you. Is the possibility of dying worth the risk of taking a stand against wearing a mask? Against staying at home and not “doing the bar/lounge/restaurant/sport event thing? Is it worth the possibility of your children getting sick and possibly dying?
Look at the numbers. Listen to the health care workers. Don’t just take the news media’s word for anything (I don’t trust them either). Is it worth seeing your parents or grandparents suffer as they draw their last breath due to congestion/heart failure/liver failure, just because YOUR RIGHTS ARE BEING VIOLATED? Are your violated rights…

Are your violated rights, or what you think are violated rights, worth the pain and suffering? Are you really that full of pride?
When this problem first started, and it doesn’t matter who started it, where it came from, or who is responsible, I had my doubts about the validity of the crisis. But the more I heard from health care workers, people I know and used to work with in the field, the more I know it’s a BIG problem.
Wise up people. Stop being such spoiled children. Do what you know is right to do to safeguard the health of those you love, if not yourself. Your friends, your neighbors, the people you meet on the streets who are just trying to protect themselves.
And now (although I haven’t found any proof of it so far), I heard that people who refuse to wear masks are attacking those who are. REALLY? Are you insane? Who made you God? Someday you will stand before an Almighty God to answer for what you do here on earth, regardless of whether you are headed for heaven or hell, regardless of whether you believe it or not. I wouldn’t want to be in your shoes for all the gold in the golden city.
Wake up, CHILDREN (and I apologize to all children for using that term). Look at what’s going on around you. Use that thing inside your skull for something other than playing games or as a hat rack. Don’t be a fool. It doesn’t mater if you believe the virus is real, contagious, a serious threat. People are dying.
Don’t bother giving me any flack about this blog. I’ll simply delete it after I quote Proverbs 26:4 to you first. Because I don’t banter with stupid people.

A Small Hunting Friend – A Riddle
The Meaning of the Jesus Fish
For as long as I can remember my mom had this wooden fish on the wall of our home. Since we were Christians, this seemed completely normal. I associated this carving with Jesus making us fishers of men (Matthew 4:19). In my mind, Jesus in the shape of a fish made sense. Jesus and fish go together.
We’ve all seen the fish symbol on countless cars. Anytime I see the little fish on a vehicle I know they are a Christian. It has become a universal symbol in modern American culture. The fish logo shows up on business advertising letting us know it’s a Christian owned company. Every color and version of a fish is used on bumper stickers, T-shirts, book marks, Bible covers, mugs, jewelry, and even tattoos.
The fish logo is easily identified with Christianity. But where did it come from? Why a fish?
First Century Christians were severely…
